At Sun-Belt Products, Inc. we strive to provide our customers with the most comprehensive list of products and options available. A list of the differences that distinguish the different Sunrooms can be found below. The links below will take you to the most common Sunrooms available. Follow the links below to get more information on the options available.

Q: What Is The Difference Between A Pressure Treated Deck and A Composite Deck?

A: A Pressure Treated Deck uses all Pressure Treated Lumber. A Composite Deck uses Pressure Treated Lumber for the post and frame and the Composite Material for the decking and hand rail. A Pressure Treated Deck WILL require maintenance (Staining, Painting, Sealing, Etc.) to prolong the life of the product. Composite Materials typically just need to be cleaned. Very little maintenance beyond that is necessary.

Q: Is There A Big Difference In Price Between The Pressure Treated Deck And The Composite Deck?

A: The answer unfortunately is yes. Typically a Composite Deck can cost three to five times more than a pressure treated deck. The cost of Pressure Treated Lumber tends to fluctuate with demand and it has steadily increased over the past few years but it is still considerably cheaper, initially, to install a Pressure Treated Deck.

Q: What Is The Warranty On The Different Decks?

A: There is NO material warranty provided with the Pressure Treated Deck. We pick up the material at a supply yard and they do not offer us a material warranty so we are unable to offer one to our customers. We do however hand pick all of our lumber in an attempt to provide our customers with the best possible products. We do offer a Labor Warranty on all of our work

The Composite Decks on the other hand do offer material warranties. They vary depending on product and manufacturer but most offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
